OK since they showed us that shot of Marlins Park, is there a rule saying we can't leave the roof open just a crack during games and close it whenever we please?

 

Could we have it open just a little bit, enough to let some sun come in when we're pitching, and then close it when we're batting? Talk about a true home field advantage!
