September 3, 20223 yr "Shoulder strengthening" could be a fancy term for masturbation. And if it's not then I'm still gonna start using it anyways.

Actually thinking that makes everything even worse because we can't blame the shit lineups on Donnie's bad decision making... it means a group of people with advanced statistics actually put this together and thought it was still the best way to do it, that's really upsetting when you think of it that way.

So Kim makes the lineups too. Damn she has her incompetent hands on everything despite some people constantly claiming she has no control over anything. More and more I think Kim is the biggest issue. Sherman being cheap is a big problem of course, but that's not going to change. A team can be cheap and not be this bad.

Rookie movie on his part imo.

On a real side note though - Soler batting leadoff for the first, 2 months? makes complete sense though now if she was directing the lineup construction since she herself also believed he was a "high obp%" machine - in her OWN words. 100% that explains why they ran him out there to leadoff for that crazy long start to the season.

September 4, 20223 yr Wouldn't front office made lineups be made by the analytics team and not solely Kim?

September 4, 20223 yr This whole of the front office dictating who is playing has been going on for maybe 3 weeks at this point and largely because Don wouldnt play who he was supposed to play to start with. The first 4 months of the season was ALL DON. Make no mistake.
