Like seriously,  Fortes is not an all star but he's clearly a better option than Stallings.  Why isn't Fortes getting the bulk of the playing time?

I agree that he should - Sandy likes to work with Stallings so I'm OK with that - but Fortes should be catching Luzardo, Rogers, and Cabrera, at least.

I'm also fine if he works with, like ... Cueto. It's just really weird that it's like, whoever debuted before Fortes has Stallings catch them and then whoever debuted after gets to work with Fortes.

With the roster turnover we have it should only take a year or two for fortes to be the number one then.

No, they'll sign Sandy Leon again and have him catch a lot of the veterans.

 

Which I'd actually be OK with, pitchers did REALLY well with him.
