That's the Marlins for you. Always signing once good players at either the very tail end of career (Ichiro, Luis Gonzalez, Aaron Boone, Yuri Gurriel, and many others) or once good players at the end of their prime and beginning of their career decline. In some cases it works out ok and they get a solid bench guy but most of the time just a waste of space, like with Segura, just filling the 3rd base spot but not really helping at all.

Makes me really miss 2017, with all those players either in their peak years or right at the beginning of their prime.
