  1. Loved NewsRadio.. Wasen't a fan of A Different World.
  2. Here's the fool stating his case. ok, fate, McCann starts everyday. the only time McCann dosent start, is when a lefty is on the mound, cuz Cox dosent like starting young leftys vs left handed pitchers. and ur just out of ur mind if u say Martinez is better than McCann. look at what McCann is doin at only the age of 22! he is on his way 2 become the leagues best catcher! Martinez has more ABs...yet...McCann has the same ammount of HRs, and has 3 less RBIs...and McCann has had less guys steal on him, and has thrown out more than Martinez. McCann can hit and play defense...who wouldent want him as there starting catcher?! i mean, f**k, hes only 22 years old! Vince...answer my question. would u rather have a guy like McCann, who has less ABs than Martinez, and has a higher BA, same ammount of homers, and 3 less RBIs, and can throw out almost half the runners who run aginst him, or Martinez, who has a lower BA than McCann, has the same amount of homers, and 3 more RBIs, in more ABs, but cant throw any1 out? Vince...its not McCanns fault he only played 59 games last sesaon. i mean, f**k, we had Johnny Estrada on the team last year...but look at what McCann is doin now that he is in the majors...he has the best BA in the NL right now! and go on ahead and take Victor Martinez. McCann is more valuble 2 a team. while Martinez can only hit, McCann can hit and play catcher. McCann is what a team is looking 4 in a catcher And just for the heck of it. i could care less about the Marlins. but who gives a crap what a guy is doin in A ball? i mean, d*mn, A ball is nothing. i could go in A ball, and do the same thing as Volstead or what ever the f*ck his name is If I could show you guys the majority of his posts you would crack up. He has made an entire message board completely hate all Atlanta teams.
  3. Hey everyone, on another messsage board a bunch of guys I know are arguing with one Braves homer that Victor Martinez is better than Brian McCann. I would like to hear who you guys would rather have. My vote goes for Victor Martinez.
  4. I went to a Isotopes one time and sat next to a guy that tried to predict every play.. I mean EVERY play. From the top of the 1st inning to the bottom of the 6th when we had a rain delay and decided to leave. He'd turn to me and say "I bet he grounds out to the shortstop". "I bet he gets a hit up the middle." I didn't say anything though.
  5. I'm fine with anyone that can help us win another World Series in 2008.
  6. Here's what I got from the Isotopes site. 7. Oh to be one of those guys..
  8. I went on Zoloft 2 years ago for social anxiety(sp?) but have been taking it recently for depression. It is alright, no side effects except for very wierd dreams(Kinda like what Tealmarlin with Citalopram). I'm looking for something better though. I've been wanting to go on Prozac but my doctor dosen't think it is a good idea because he says it takes a month to kick in. I took it when my dad died when I was younger and my mom said I did well with it. Only side effect from it was I didn't eat.
  9. Good luck, Logan. He has actually played well down here. Hopefully this time he is MLB ready.
  10. Another crazy episode. Michael pulled out all the stops.
  11. I wouldn't know . One more year and I can go up to Canada and drink legally, woot! :hat
  12. Hopefully the Nets take out the Heat. They won't.
  13. Girardi looks alert...
  14. Way to go, Hanley! Way to keep an eye on the play!

Looked like he didn't run but he fell getting out of the box.
  19. The proposed trade between the Mets and Marlins involving David Wright and Dontrelle Willis was recently nixed. Dumb, dumb, dumb - for the Mets. What do you think about the Rox possibly packaging Ian Stewart and Choo Freeman for the D-Train? And at least tell me the Rockies will possibly open their checkbook like the good old days if the right player comes along. -- Jarret McMillan, Phoenix Jarret - I love Dontrelle Willis, his competitiveness, his passion for the game. That said, I wouldn't move Ian Stewart for the left-hander. Stewart has a much better chance of becoming a star in Denver than Willis does of remaining a star, even in the days of Coors Light Field. Besides, I don't see the Rockies in the mix for Willis based on his potential suitors and future salary. If the Red Sox and Yankees lose out on Roger Clemens, the bidding for Willis could get stupid. The Red Sox would have a slight advantage based on the prospects they could offer. In talking to Dick and Charlie Monfort, they have indicated that they add payroll at the trading deadline if the team is contending. However, the key figure will be the attendance. That revenue will play a large role in the type of player, if any, the Rockies add. Ouch...
  20. The Powerade one is very good as well. Get a bigger bottle and last time I checked it was cheaper. Love both.
  21. I'm rooting for the Mets. My hatred for the Braves ouweighs my hatred for the Mets. Moving on to the 14th inning..
