I don't know why some of you are upset about The Sixth Sense making it in. When it came out, people were talking about ending for months. Definitely culturally significant.

I know for the first list they had 400 nominations, so at least include those and this new list.As for these new movies:LA Confidential - should get in the Top 100Titanic - gets a ton of backlash, but it's still a great movie, and one that's of historical importance. I wouldn't argue if it got voted into the 80-100 range.Saving Private Ryan - I guess I'm not a huge war movie fan, but I don't see this as Top 100 material. Not saying I don't like it. It probably sneaks on there.The Matrix - I really feel like this should be in the Top 100. It completely revitalized the sci-fi genre, and even martial arts to some degree. It was a great idea that was very well-executed.Gladiator - come on, Jewbility. You can't be calling this a virtual lock. I'd say it has no shot.LOTR (the first one) - maybe this sneaks on just because it started a phenomenon and was like nothing we had ever seen before.Eternal Sunshine - my personal favorite movie. Objectively speaking--or trying to anyway--it's the one movie on this list that probably deserves to be in the Top 50. And I have a couple of other personal faves on this list, like Lost in Translation, Three Kings, and Good Will Hunting--that I would never attempt to make this argument for. Unfortunately, it will probably be viewed as too small, and therefore probably has no chance.The only other movies I think I have a chance are The Sixth Sense and Memento, but I think they're both long shots. Premiers on HBO at 10:30 this Sunday (after Entourage.) Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement are your typical sad-sack, self-absorbed struggling musicians, trying to get laid and book club gigs where they might actually get to play after dark. (Their manager makes the daft agent on "Extras" seem helpful by comparison.) It's all pretty standard stuff, shot on a dime against grungy New York backdrops. Part of the lyric "You're so beautiful ... Like a high-class prostitute ... You could be a part-time model." I've seen some clips. Some hilarious stuff in there.

Fixed. I've been reading some reviews and the critics seem to hate it. I think it could be one of those love it or hate it shows. We really won't know until the fist season wraps up.

I have to go back on my previous comments about the host. She has gotten progressively worse. I still think it's partly due to the writing, but also she and Carrie Fisher have gotten mean. To the point of unlikeable.

I loved it. Once you get past the first 10 minutes, the show got deeper and deeper. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I would recommend Extras, Entourage, and Boston Legal. I would most recommend Entourage (Season 2). It's a lot of fun and you don't have to use up too many brain cells to view. Extras (Season 2, never saw 1) is only six episodes long and it's hilarious. I suggested Boston Legal because you listed The Practice (best legal show ever). BL is the spin-off, which at times, is the funniest show on television. Three fun, light shows to watch. If you want to go a bit darker, then I would suggest Rome and Nip/Tuck.

How is her serving the entire sentence she was given an abuse of power? And I'm going to echo the earlier comments.....this is a news thread. Why does it have to be moved? No one serves full sentences. We'd have 900 million people in jail if people served full terms. Bingo. Show me the amount of people that are serving the time she will for her crime. Um...a lot of people serve their entire sentence. I work in the DC criminal justice system. People don't get released after serving 3/45ths of their sentence. People serve their entire sentence. That's ridiculous. I believe Martha Stewart served all if not most of her sentence. ... at Camp Cupcake. :lol

I love how Susan Sarandon still gets tied to Dead Man Walking even though it came out over a decade ago. Scott Porter is a rising star. Just watch any episode of Friday Night Lights. Great, great actor.
