That pisses me off

According to the article, 5 days was the normal amount of time to serve for a violation such as hers. Why would this piss anyone off?

That is true. I mean the jails are backed up as it is. I am sure her cell could be used for a real criminal. However...

I read in a different article that she was let out because of an unspecified medical condition (compete bull) and not because of overcrowding.

I guess I can finally shower, shave, and take off my FREE PARIS T-shirt.

A slap in the face of blue-collar America.

She's under house arrest in her West Hollywood home which is probably enormous...for most people, 40 days in her house would probably be like a vacation.

Apparently Paris is out of jail for a "medical condition":

Psychiatrist Charles Sophy visited Hilton in jail yesterday and the day before. We're told after Sophy's visit yesterday, word was passed to the Sheriff that Hilton's mental state was fragile and she was at risk. The reason for releasing her had nothing to do with a rash or other physical issues. It was purely in her head.

Good god, isn't that the point of jail?

It's only been 3 days hasn't it? :confused

Yeah really.

Take her belt away and put her back in.

I hate to say this, but I'm just waiting for that unfortunate day when Paris Hilton runs over a six-year-old. If that kid happens to be black, you'll see a ginormous riot that'll completely dwarf Crown Heights, Watts, and South Central combined.

BTW, I don't think this even needs to be doubted now: Paris Hilton is the face of the Republican Party in the minds of Democrats -- stupid, spoiled, trust-fund baby, elitist, famous for doing nothing, queen of sloth, probably hypocritical (guesses on how many abortions she's probably had?).

I wonder how many bl*wjobs she had to give to get the sentence reduced. :mischief2

Judge to Paris: Get Back Here!

TMZ has learned that a judge has ordered Paris Hilton back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend tomorrow morning's hearing!

Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.

The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT on Friday.

Perhaps there is hope :pray

I can't tell if this is serious or not, but if it is, then this is definitely a candidate for "Dumbest Post Ever"!

Sounds like you received your bl*wjob already.

So it is serious? I don't get it. I've never recieved a blowjob from Paris Hilton.

Neither have I but I don't see where dragging political parties into this serves to further the topic. This is about Paris Hilton and the privileges SHE has gotten because of her social status- Not because she's some Republican poster child. Get off the politics and stick to the topic.

I was appalled to hear of her early release. She does have a mental condition- she has no conscience.

apparently she's going back.... well she's going back to court at least after the sheriff went to go pick her up.

My first reaction was the same as most: DAMN IT! that pisses me off! but then my next reaction was...DAMN IT! it pisses me off that it pisses me off! Why the hell do I care about this person!?!?

Stop!!

Screaming and crying, Paris Hilton was escorted out of a courtroom and back to jail Friday after a judge ruled that she must serve out her entire 45-day sentence behind bars rather than in her Hollywood Hills home.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton, who violated her parole in a reckless driving case. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping, hair askew, sans makeup, wearing a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks.

She cried throughout the hearing, her body shook constantly and she dabbed at her eyes. Several times she turned to her parents, seated behind her in the courtroom, and mouthed, "I love you."

Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer was calm but apparently irked by the morning's developments. He said he had left the courthouse Thursday night having signed an order for Hilton to appear for the hearing.

When he got in his car early Friday, he said, he heard a radio report that he had approved Hilton's participation in the hearing by telephone, but he had not.

"I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions," he said of the decision to release Hilton from jail after three days.

"At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home on Kings Road," Sauer said.

I'm overall more satisfied about how things turned out. She thought she used her fame/power/money to get her way and circumvent the legal system, but she got severely pwned and is being thrown back in jail. This is great.
