I mean the jails are backed up as it is. I am sure her cell could be used for a real criminal. However... I read in a different article that she was let out because of an unspecified medical condition (compete bull) and not because of overcrowding.

We're told after Sophy's visit yesterday, word was passed to the Sheriff that Hilton's mental state was fragile and she was at risk. The reason for releasing her had nothing to do with a rash or other physical issues. It was purely in her head. Good god, isn't that the point of jail?

June 8, 200717 yr I'm overall more satisfied about how things turned out. She thought she used her fame/power/money to get her way and circumvent the legal system, but she got severely pwned and is being thrown back in jail. This is great.
