  1. I don't think you can ever see your own topic with the blue box indicator since you already viewed it. If you REALLY want to see a blue box you should either log out(not sure if this works) or try creating a new account.

    Glenn Close left?
  3. 1) Adrien Brody 2) Mark Ruffalo 3) Pierce Brosnan 007... how ironic
  4. I could have sworn Jaws was in Live and Let Die. I haven't seen it in years. But I am almost positive he was. Live and Let Die had to do with black mobsters from Harlem. Does Mr. Big ring a bell?
  5. Happy New Years There's only one new year. All the others are old or haven't happened yet. :mischief Smart@$$ You must know that I am capable of kidnapping your beloved Pi.

  8. I was not aware he was still alive. :lol :lol :lol Haven't heard that name in years either. But then again... That's So Marlins
  9. Goldeneye is the only good Brosnan film. ...and the best N64 game too :thumbup
  10. I thought Brosnan movies were the ones with the worst plots... It felt like every movie had to do with "OMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMGGGGGGGGGGGG WE ARE ALLL GOING TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS THE END OF EARTH AS WE KNOW IT" Then you haven't seen some of the earlier ones. I do think that "Tomorrow Never Dies" had the worst plot of any of them. A newspaper mogul causing a war between England and China? Huh??? Who wrote that garbage? Off the top of my head there has only been 3 out of 16 movies prior Brosnan had a major plot revolving the end of earth. 4/4 Brosnan movies had to do with this subject. I'm not bashing his movies in any way. As I stated earlier, he is my favorite Bond, it's not his fault the writting was terrible(Golden Eye excluded).

  12. the last one is my personal favorite :notworthy You weren't kidding when you called it 'stuff'
  13. I understand where you're coming fromBuckeye(believe me I do). The Bond series is one of those topics that I wouldn't mind debating for hours.
  14. I disagree. Moore movies were not awful. They just had little spying/detective stuff(to this degree i agree with you). But his movies were very entertaining and brought the best villains to the 007 series(Jaws, May Day, Baron Samedi, Scaramanga, just to name a few). Not to mention '70s Bond Girls who were incredibly hot. Especially the girl in For Your Eyes Only. And who can forget Dr.Goodhead :mischief
  15. I remember getting spooked out seeing the Barbie Doll episode when I was a little kid. Thanks for the heads up.
  16. I went on a 007 craze back when I was in 6th grade. I ended up watching every single James Bond movie ever made and read a couple books as well. Heck I even have James Bond memerobilia(sp??) I also own every James Bond movie on VHS. IMO, the overwhelming answer for best James Bond actor will and always will be Sean Connery. However, I grew up watching Pierce Brosnan so he is my favorite. Best Movie? I can't choose!!! Goldfinger, The Spy Who Loved Me, Golden Eye are all up there!!!
  17. I'm starting to think that Bush wants to do everything that is the exact opposite of what Clinton did. I did not have sexual intercourse with this woman... :mischief
  18. Seattle numbers are horrendous but the SD make up for that. However, I can't judge the guy since I've never seen him play.

  20. Ah, corporate synergy. It's a beautiful thing. Or at least it is if your name happens to be Earl and you happen to want to go to Universal Studios Hollywood during the month of January.NBC's freshman comedy "My Name Is Earl" is moving from Tuesdays to Thursdays starting on Jan. 5 and corporate parent NBC Universal has decided to promote the shift at its semi-popular Hollywood theme park. Starting on Jan. 5 and running through the rest of the month, Universal Studios Hollywood will offer free admission to all parkgoers named "Earl." Whee! In addition to getting to ride the rides and stand in the lines and walk up and down the various Universal Studios hills, all participating Earls will get free t-shirts (doubtlessly promoting their favorite show -- assuming said favorite contains the word "Earl") as well. OAS_AD('InStory300x250'); A press release notes that there are roughly 10,000 dudes named Earl in the Los Angeles area alone. For that reason, the same press release advises people to get to the park "earl"y. Seriously, with humor like that, how can lowly entertainment reporters hope to compete? No word on whether people named "Joey" will be forcibly ejected from the park. :lol
