  4. I dont understand why we would trade away Tank if for one he was a first round pick that imo has great potential, and second relief pitching is our weak spot, so why even think of trading away any of our relievers. Especially Tank. catcher is a bigger weakness and they are looking to trade him for another reliever as well

  8. he pitched well. its just fredis fault for leaving him in there to long. how do you leave hendrickson in there when you obviously have nelson and lindstrom available. especially lindstrom. lindstrom or henrickson, how tough of a decision is that
  9. sure you can. adrian gonzalez?

  18. BAH, I hate this camera angle. Y its like MLB 2K8 lol They are using that "new" camera angle that a few teams have adopted. I'm not a fan. It hurts my eyes. its just an old stadium, different angle
  19. hanley amezags cantu jacobs ross gonzo willingham baker olsen
  20. i also thought i heard on the radio that the marlins werent going to trade there big prospects but can still get a deal done because the farm is so deep.
  21. i heard that the rockies were asking for volstad. if he does anything to volstad i swear i will go down there with pitchforks. if volstad is what we need forfuentes, than count us out,
  22. really not all that nice, just a teel stripe
  23. I'm going with... Scott Olsen Reasoning: Scott Olsen has given us more chances to win than anyone else. While Nolasco has been pushed as our "ace", Scotty has been steadier. He has more starts of 7 innings or more (9 vs 7), has more quality starts (12 vs 11) and a higher percentage of quality starts (60% vs 58%). Scotty has only had 2 games with 5 or more earned runs, Nolasco has 4. Going into the 2nd half, all the talk has been about Nolasco, Johnson, Volstad, and even Anibal Sanchez. Everyone forgets about the steady, consistent Olsen. So, for giving us more chances to win than anyone else and still being considered inferior, I nominated Scott Olsen for the most under-appreciated player on the team. hes also been bad in many games. nolasco is the ace not because of when he pitches good, but because when he pitches bad, its not as bad as when olsen isnt on. so nolasco is better than olsen because he pitches better when he pitches bad (if that makes sense, probably not) So basically Olsen is worse b/c of that 1 game in Colorado? :confused I'm gonna have to agree with Rab. how bout last start mariners start rockies start may 23 start vs giants may 28 vs mets how bout those? What about? June 5th at Atlanta -- (5.2 IP, 7 ER) May 3rd vs. San Diego -- (4.2 IP, 6 ER) April 17th vs. Atlanta -- (4.2 IP, 6 ER) April 11th at Houston -- (5 IP, 5 ER) (Nolasco's bad starts?) And what was so terrible about Olsen's last start? (5 IP, 3 ER) -- I could look at a bunch of Nolasco's games where he did something similar, and post them, as well. Olsen has had 3 TERRIBLE starts The Colorado game, the Seattle game, and the San Fransisco game. olsen doesnt have his best stuff much more than nolasco, he seems to struggle much more than nolasco
