The more Dobbs and Boni keep hitting, the less I care about upgrading 3B and the more I care about upgrading the end of the rotation. Same here, right now 3rd base is not as glaring a problem as I thought it would be, even with Murphy's injury.

With Johnson pitching Sunday, the series is already won. The only question is whether they can sweep by winning tomorrow :thumbup JJ has a very tough match-up Sunday. I don't count that as a gimme. Should be a very good game, if you like pitching. Yes it will be, and should have been a Sunday night game on ESPN, but of course its the Marlins, so that will never happen. No respect at all for JJ. It will be All Star time sooner than you think, and JJ will be the clear cut frontrunner but ESPN will campaign for anyone but him to be the starter, you can bet on that.

Yeah. Don't be so worried. I will always worry, its just part of my makeup. I'm worried about Hanley now, not so much Stanton. But if they can do this without those guys really contributing its going to a lot of fun when they do.

Just got home. Amazing game to be at. Tough to lose it like he did on the little soft cheap ass hit. I wasn't expecting him to make it past the 6th with the way they were hitting him, though. They stung a lot of balls in the middle innings. Great night for him obviously. Also a great night for Coghlan with two hits, a HR, and the great diving catch. Wasn't that Cousins? Yes it was

Well I knew earlier today it was to be a "no TV' game when I looked at the MLB.TV schedule and the only one listed was the Rockies TV (which of course was blacked out on MLB.TV as well - don't understand why it always is, but they even blackout the other teams broadcasts when we have no TV).

Stupid Braves & Phillies are winning tonight and the damn Mets won too. Washington was washed out I think. Still even with a Phillies win we're in great shape. Im watching the Phillies Padres game right now...The Padres offense is pathetic...team batting .217 coming in Yeah I had it on MLB.TV with Dick Enberg, who I really loathe and closed the window out because it was too much to bear - Phillies winning and Enberg voice - I was about to vomit.

I wish there was a way to watch this game... If you have MLB Extra Innings you can....just in miniature on the MLB Gameday Mix Channel (720 & 720-1 in HD). I'm looking at it right now.....Pittsburgh announcers have a lot of respect for Johnson, they think he's been unfairly "ignored" by the national media.

Maholm looks good tonight. Not going to be a high scoring game methinks.
