  1. Ruggianno should be shipped as well
  2. Both ricky and Leblanc gots ta go
  3. .353, 9 HR, 24 RBI, .414 OBP in 156 AB. Dat Sexy...sign him. DiMaggiano
  4. We would only get Bundy if we gave them Stanton or Jose Fernandez. Which is not happening... hopefully. J J would be enough to have them include Bundy in a deal I would think. I however wouldn't want to trade JJ. Especially from a PR stand point. You can't trade both J J and Hanley, and not call it a fire sale. You're crazy if you wouldn't take JJ for Dylan Bundy straight up. There's no way in hell the Orioles would even consider doing that. ............. JJ is an ace right now. He's not three years away like Bundy. He's gonna shove in the second half.
  5. Idk how JJ's going to feel about starting 162 games. JJ needs to string together some nice starts, I think he'll bounce back in the second half
  6. Trade Anibal and Infante to Detroit for Nick Castellanos and a prospect. Like I said, the Tigers want and believe they can win now. They'll do what they have to do to win a Championship. The Tigers wouldn't trade their prized prospect for Infante and Anibal. At least I would think not... Anibal is an above average quality starting pitcher and Infante is a piece that could help them with the playoff push. The Tigers are in win now mode. They're all in and I believe will be shopping. Anibal is also a FA at end of yr and Infante will be a FA next yr. You're not getting Nick f***in Castellanos for that. LOL

  8. Trade Anibal and Infante to Detroit for Nick Castellanos and a prospect. Trade Hanley to Arizona for Justin Upton and make the cash work. Dump Heath, Buck and Ricky to anyone willing. See who will bite if we dangle Carlos Lee. SS - Reyes 2B - Boni LF - J. Upton RF - Stanton 1B - Lomo CF - Ruggiano/Hamilton/B.J Upton/FA C - Napoli/Pierzynski/FA 3B - Castellanos SP - JJ Trading could free up some money for a potential lineup like this. Which I think looks damn good. Feel free to put together a staff with possibly free agents.
  9. Who wouldn't want a 3-4 of Upton and Stanton for the next 10 years? This kid Yelich is in A ball... We're talking about winning in the big leagues here. Always win now
  10. There's a good reason you prefaced it with "I'm no GM" (no offense personally to you). Yelich is a top 20, arguably top 15 prospect. Justin Upton's a really good player, and some team will probably put together a package of much more than a Christian Yelich to get him. I'm personally not a big fan of Upton. He's too bipolar when it comes to his power numbers. Add in the fact that he strikes out at a Dan Uggla pace, and I'd personally rather take the chance on Yelich's future. He'll be cheap and controllable for many more years. I also believe Yelich is a four or five tool kind of player in his own right. He might not be a Giancarlo Stanton kind of prospect, but he could at his best develop into a poor man's Bryce Harper. I'd like to keep on to that. I don't think I needed that kind of semi long response. Is there not a deal we can put together that doesn't include Yelich, Fernandez, Stanton, Reyes or JJ? I say anyone else in our organization is available starting with Hanley, Lomo, Anibal, Ricky and JC Oviedo. You do what you can to get a Justin Upton on your team especially when our outfield already ha question marks!
  11. We didn't give up when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor, and neither should the Marlins! Someone please tell me this ^ is a joke! Ok ok a round of Jack D on me... My B

  13. We need to package Anibal and Gaby as well as Hanley and Ricky, get those salaries off our books, bring in more talent and then call up some talent. Give Dominguez 3b for the remainder of the year and put Lomo at 1st for good and see what happens. I mean we're already in the basement as is, mind as well make some moves. You could go ahead and ship big Z off somewhere too. Reyes Boni Lomo Stanton Ruggiano Infante Dominguez Buck Same AAA team with just a few more prospects down on the farm...
  14. We could package both Span and Willingham... Adds depth we certainly don't have and desperately need.
  15. Denard Span says Buster Olney
  16. Fire Perez an promote Jeff Conine... Or just hire Barry Bonds!
  17. John Buck is the worst starting player in baseball period. He's absolutely brutal and it's an embarrassment that we have no one to replace him. If you fail to hit .200 as a major league hitter and this year he isn't even close to that then you should be playing in the Mexican penal league... The dude is a bum and there is absolutely no argument against that.
  18. Pujols was too old for that kind of contract... The Marlins only wanting him for fan support, I believe everyone knows he isn't gonna live up to that contract or even finish it out with the Angels. But I mean for his first 2 months of big league baseball I believe Cespedes has somewhat live up to the hype. Im just saying, looking at our current roster... Pretty weak. We missed on Cespedes and now Soler. Management must be high on Yellich for next season. I still say we ship out Gaby, Dominguez, and two arms like Leblanc and West for The Hammer that is Josh Willingham.
  19. How much better is our team had we signed this guy, the second half of our lineup is brutal and an outfield bat is a must at this point.
  20. He just started a 3 year deal and the twins need him. Not happening. The Twins don't need him at all. They suck and would be better off trading him for assets that can benefit the future of their team. Thank you Erick, they're gonna be in the AL Central basement for a while... I just can't bare to watch Cogs or Petey Pipes sub .200 average anymore. After Lomo it's almost 4 automatic outs.
  21. I know we'd rather grab left handed OF bat but do need an OF bat nonetheless and he would fit perfectly in LF leaving Lomo at 1st.
  22. Bring back Juan Pierre, Cody Ross and Josh Willingham I don't care.
  23. Yeah Coco Crisp is a good player just not a game changer. Trading Gaby for a high ceiling pitcher and a couple of moderate prospects is fine. My off season moves along with moving Gaby would be signing CJ Wilson, Edwin Jackson and like an Edwin Encarnacion at 3B. Then move cogs to 2B and Stick Boni in CF. I'd like a team like that.
  24. Coco Crisp does not make this team better. A veteran outfielder a talented centerfielder and two more quality SPs do so whatever it takes to do that. I'm in
  25. Gaby is replaceable because we have Lomo to step in for him. The other three positions not so much.
