If Pujols and Sosa is in it, I want Pujols to win.

For the HR Derby, the contestants are usually the top 3-5 in HR at break in AL and NL. Sometimes the players opt not to do it regardless of their rank, like Bonds and Sosa last year I think. Would like to see Giambi, but if that's how they choose, by the ranking at break, then I can forget about Giambino this year.

I'll take Pujols as of now since he will obviously be in there, although if Adam Dunn ends up taking Casey's spot on the NL Roster and gets himself into the Home Run Derby, I'll take Dunn.

Last night during the Sox-Cubs game they showed the sluggers who had already agreed to participate.

 

I don't remember the full list, but Bonds, Griffey, Sosa and Manny were on it.

I heard Sosa, Palmeiro, Griffey, Thome, Giambi and Vlady as 6 of the 8.... Maybe Manny and Barry were the other too. Who knows

They should do it based on their homeruns! Sometimes they don't
