July 6, 200422 yr -Miguel Cabrera is going to step up big time during the second half, Ending the Season with 36 HRs and 121 RBIs, 302 Average. -Pierre and Castillo realize the importance of walks and bunting once again -The Bullpen will be solidified from what we have already., 7th inning man - Manzanillo, 8th inning man - Koch, Closer - Benitez. -A bat will be acquired, this bat will be someone with more contact than power, will be seen batting fifth behind Cabrera and Lowell. -We will return to manufacturing runs once again, Bunts,Sac Flys, Sac Bunts, Sac Grounders, 1st inning runs, you name it -The Last series of the season will be the defining series, we will have to watch it from home. Its a 4 game series in philly. Marlins Win the Division
July 6, 200422 yr OK, you are all clearly jinxing our baseball team so I'll rectify it with some good ol' cynical predictions! 1) We won't win the division or Wildcard, miss the playoffs and finish 3rd behind the Phillies and Mets. 2) Manzillio will falter, as will the rest of our bullpen bar Benitez. 3) Pavano and only 1 other starter will have a record over .500 4) McKeon will continue to forget what won us a world series last year and JP, Luis will only have 10 SB combined the rest of the year. I go on holiday for two weeks to Greece on Friday, I hope this post will jinx all Marlin opponents and I return to hear about a 10-12 game win streak and see us 3 games ahead in the division. Not Bloody Likely!

July 6, 200422 yr oh and Steve will throw a few more guys out at home :notworthy 443331[/snapback] that would be a cheap fix for the FO staff....can Cox at 3rd and get rid of Robinson (hitting coach)....anybody have a # on how many have been thrown out at home because of COX? and after this team wide 40+ day hitting slump, the hitting coach needs to go....where is Dawson or better yet, perhaps Darren Daulton as hitting coach
