I love the new banner!

I'm glad you all like the banner I made. I learned how to do it at UF. I was drafted by the Rockies as graphics manager for their offical site, but I was injured.

Admin, is that the actual title from 'Hunt for Red October'?

Anyway, it looks great!

So the question is now directed toward the creator of the banner.

What software do I need to make graphics? I have such a hard time with it.

I can't tell you how stupified I am right now...Cape not being able to do something? Jupiter must have just blown up or something.

Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia FreeHand, Trajan type style, some random World Series trophy pic, and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.

Browsers do not change how images look.

Firefox/Netscape/Mozilla browsers make some graphics look worse. Internet Explorer shows them like I create them, but Firefox doesn't.

If one browser shows an image differently than another browser, you're doing something wrong. A .jpg is a .jpg and a .gif is a .gif, browsers don't change that.

Paintshop Pro works too. Costs like $129 compared to $700 or something.
