RockyMountainMarlin
Juan has been flat out awesome for us so far. This is as good as he has played in a Marlin uniform. Like many here, I wanted to see him traded for about anything during the offseason yet keeping him on the roster has proven to be a key move early on and at this pace he is certainly making himself worth that paycheck. Props to Enc and let him keep adding up his RBI count and keep helping bring W's. :thumbup :notworthy
MarlinsChik305
I too, was one of the people who wanted Encarnacion traded or benched, whatever to not see him play and "ruin our chances". Hes turned into an RBI machine, and has definetely proved himself. It just goes to show you that you cant judge a player before a season begins. If we had traded Enc, we would have missed out on some runs. Go Encarnacion!

legacyofCangelosi
I still think we should trade him now while his value is high. I would hate to see him go playing this well, but i cant believe itll last all year.

And the fact that he's become significantly more patient shows that he is likely to maintain this success. If he's swinging at mostly strikes then I think he'll continue to do extremely well. Snake Eyes
enc is hitting great right but man it's way to early to start putting up MVP signs and stuff like that. let the man have a great full year then he can start asking for apologies

farmer_fran
I'll apologize at the All Star break 751133[/snapback] I agree. If you he continues to show the patience he has shown so far this season, he will continue to hit well, but I just don't see that happening. Players don't go from free swingers to having good patience over night.
rferry
As if anything he has done in three weeks can make up for a career worth of disappointments. That said, go Enc and go Marlins.
