What is the main course at your Christmas Eve dinner?

Featured Replies

Christmas Eve has always been Lechon(Pork) Day for us. If you eat something else please tell us! For those who celebrate other wonderful days, what do you normally eat for the Holidays

Lechon/Ham

Other: Whatever I feel like making that can be done quickly in a microwave, since we don't have a Christmas Eve meal.

Ham in my uncles backyard

congri (sp?), beer, cigar smoke (the other men, i dotn smoke) and a game of dominoes going on are the normal side dishes.

Pork shoulder and fried turkey.

Gotta feed twelve people.
