Padres vs Marlins---1:05et---at Dolphin Stadium

Featured Replies

That was a clip from an aerial shot last season. If you didn't notice that stadium lights were on and it looked like a twilight shot.

Thats what I thought but then I was like why would they show that from another game.

Most shots like that, unless they specifically mention something like "well that's a beautiful shot live provided to us from our firends from Goodyear", are not live. Most visiting teams will show Miami beach when they're in playing the Marlins, and that's always from tape. It's probably so you don't have to always pay for the blimp, and scenic shots are always nice, I guess...

is mlbtv not working for anyone.. or is it just me?

Yesterday, it wouldn't let me watch the game because I live in San Diego. Says you can't watch a game in your home city.

The United States Marine Corps. uses the slogan "The Few, the Proud". That same slogan could be used by Florida Marlins fans.

It's usually based on where the credit card you used for the subscription is based. If it is within one of the zip codes for the Padres, they will block you out.

Well the credit card was registered in the 92064 area code. The zip code PETCO Park is in is 92101.

There is a place to check online at go to the mlb.tv subscriptions site.

I've subscribed to MLB.TV since last season, and I've never been able to get the Marlins, because it's my home city.... For some reason though, I'm getting the game right now. I started it during the pre-game show and haven't turned it off since. I'm afraid if I disconnect it, it won't work again.

Here's Miguel Cabrera, the only star player the Marlins have left.

ugh....Dontrelle Willis? morons.

After they said that, they put a camera right in Dontrelle Willis' face and started talking about him. Its like I always say. 95% of announcers, no matter what the sport are not cut out to be announcers.

Probably just tech difficulties.
