NFL cbs sportsline rankings

I'm not a fan of Jacksonville @ #5 or Denver @ #7. Too high, imo.

But these are mostly pointless right now.

No way man...Jacksonville is a very good team.

We are under the radar again! Our D is top 3 in the league right now, maybe #1.

preseason rankings are a waste. So Miami who didnt make the playoffs is ranked higher than a team that hosted the afc championship.... i dont think so

I dont have a problem where they are ranked, but I am curious how much losing Jimmy will hurt. Plus Fred Taylor is on his last leg. Leftwich is starting to get that "injury prone" label (although I like gerrad). They have a wonderful defense but alot of questions too. Still I think they beat indy :)

:thumbup

Preseason ranks are bulls***, way too much has yet to happen in the form of cuts and injuries to even begin to take this seriously. I mean the NFC East is the best division in football and not one team is in the top 5 when you could easily make a case for 2.

ph34r!

Is that Chambers

It's Ronnie.

Bears at 20.. thats hilarious.

No thats about right.

Most NFL teams improved. Bears didn't. Bears played better than their talent last year.

I guarantee they don't finish higher that 20th this year and I'll bet you somehow on that.

I bet they'll win the NFC North -- Ricky Manning Jr is an upgrade over Charles Tillman. Griese is better than Grossman or Orton. No other team in the NFC North really has the talent to compete anyway ... the Vikes have Brad Johnson starting at QB, the Packers are still a mess, and the Lions suck ass.

The Bears finally have a veteran backup QB.. Grossman will get better. Bradley will be healthy and will show hes the best WR from the last draft. Benson will be healthy and we will have the best 1-2-3 punch at RB in the NFL. We still have one of the better lines in the NFL as well.

We added depth to our strength.. which is the BEST defense in the NFL. We improved our special teams. We improved our QB position. And we have good WRs.. Bradley and Berrian deep, Moose and Gage underneath.

Bears will roll their crappy division, their easy schedule and finish with 12 or so wins.

Take it to the bank.

I gotta agree the Bears are much better then that ranking says and they def upgraded in the offseason, especially at the most important position the QB.
