May 20, 200620 yr We may not be number one, but we could certainly be ten games closer. It's frustrating, but I'm trying ti keep in mind that this year is primary a chance for auditions for who is going to be in the bullpen years from now.

May 20, 200620 yr That's what hurts the most. While its easy to say "we need a better bullpen," people actually never understand that the Bullpen is the most difficult part of a team to create. Look around the majors, the mets, angels, and maybe the astros and nats have the best pen's in the majors right now. There is probably no other team with an extremly relaible bullpen. Fact is, take how bad the team is and multiplay it by like 10, and thats how good the bullpen is
