Anyway, Im sure Im the last one to come across this trailer with all the movie buffs around here, but I found it tonight and it looks pretty sweet. I was a big fan of Ghost Rider comics back in the day and was wondering if you guys had heard anything about it. I think it comes out 2/07

I think it looks awful and the comic book superhero movies have to stop at some point.

I echo Fritz's statement. It looks cheesy and really bad.

Nic Cage is my favorite actor and I'm dissapointed he took this role. Just another reason for people not to take him seriously and another wasted opportunity for him to show his abilities.

I would rather tear my eyes out and put hot pointy things in the socket then watch a nic cage as ghost rider, it makes the hulk look good

F4 was horrible and they are making another, but they at least had Alba in it :)

Saw it tonight....Not Great but not horrible....the acting had its corny moments but Cage was pretty good....Mendes looked ridiculous.

I saw it and liked it...would i see it again?...sure...do i love it?...no but hey its not bad. Cage is a really good actor.

It was better than I thought it would be. Marvel usually does a pretty good job with big screen adaptations of their comics (lets forget about Daredevil and Hulk) and this was no exception. It wasn't great like the Spider-Man films, but it was still enjoyable.

Biggest opening for president's day weekend ever. I guess Americans like paying to see crap. :shrugs

As long as the comic book nerds flock to see these movies they'll continue making this "crap."

am I the only one who think Cage kinda sucks?

No, I think he's the same exact stiff chracter in every movie he's in, but for some reason people watch his movies.

Comic fans generally are apathetic towards Ghost Rider. Calling him a C level marvel guy is being generous.

You just named 50% of their movie franchises as sucking and then said Marvel does a pretty good job. Kind of weird.

Comics sell in the thousands. If a title is real strong selling in the hundreds of thousands isn't unheard of. There aren't enough comic book nerds in America to make movies like Ghost Rider a success. The average, stupid, beer-swilling, American Idol watching, American idiot saw this flick, too, don't lie.

Hulk and Daredevil make 50% of Marvel franchises?

Spider-Man

X-Men

The Punisher

Blade

Hulk

Daredevil

Ghost Rider

Fantastic 4

I didn't like 2 out of 8. Not exactly 50% :shifty

You made it even worse. 3 out of 8 on that list are worth a damn.

That's worse than the original 50% I granted you. Blade's a joke, the Hulk and Daredevil sucked, Fantastic 4 was meh. I'm now confused as to whether you're making the argument that you like crap, or that most of the movies Marvel has made suck now.

Ok...shall I dumb it down?

I like comic book movies. I think they are good. I liked comic books when I was little. I don't like Daredevil. I don't like Hulk. I like everything else. Jelly beans make me happy.
