August 16, 200620 yr why does this guy come in on close games, everytime he comes in we r either winning and at then end of the inning tied or losing, if were tied then we end up losing and if were down and close we get blown out. i hate this guy. STOP putting him in close games, now some of you will say he is young and has great stuff, well so is everyone else but they dont blow it everytime.

Next off-season if Beinfest can get us two quality bull-pen guys and one CF with a good bat the Marlins will be the team to beat for the Wildcard.

He'll get the September call up, don't you worry. With Kensing out for a bit, Mitre throwing pitifully, Messenger screwing up...they don't have much of a choice.

August 17, 200620 yr So by anyone do you mean Mitre, Moehler etc...? Honestly I think Messy running out of gas as the season goes on, but with the exception of last night his last really bad outing was at the end of July. Some of you keep forgetting this is a team built for next year or the year after that Girardi has to keep pitching Messenger, Kensing, Pinto or whoever until he finds the pitcher he's looking for.
