Don't mean to poop on people's parties, but the first three pics are on the water, at the Bayfront Site, next to American Airlines Arena. These are old i fear. Doesn't mean the new one won't look similar, but I'm just saying.

What do those pictures have to do with the price of eggs on Tuesday?

Those are pictures showing master plans that may never be built as an enticement for someone to invest in a condo unit in downtown Miami (the disclaimer at the bottom of the web page says it all). The website belongs to "Miami Investment Brokers" and are just looking to flip properties downtown. No more, no less.

If you notice the first line in the "Bicentennial Park" picture set, it says: "Verticus Project (not implemented - now Museum Park). Meaning that it's all sound and fury signifying nothing.

This should be the end of this discussion.

I don't think anyone here claimed this to be the plan. It just a nice of set pictures.

Is that building next to the stadium, an elevated parking garage? Hope it's Hurricane safe if that is the case

i hope not...god that would suck if you were on the top floor :lol

Yeah, thats the old bicentenniel park plan. I even recognized what the stadium was "supposed" to look like with that plan.
