Hollyberry
I am not sure how much this would work but we need to flood comcast with emails/calls etc about how unhappy we are that they don't carry the extra 55 games. It might not change anything now but next year you never know. I am sick of watching RERUNS of some show instead of a LIVE Marlins game :banghead . Who is with me? Dr Beinfest
FSN gets on my nerves when they do that. Like... they should be showing EVERY game, of course minus those that have OTHER live sporting events in place. Nobody wants to watch fishing, or poker, or re-run boxing, or any of that crap. Leave it to the real sports. FSN Final Report, Marlins on Deck, Inside the Marlins, the Marlins games, Inside the Panthers, Panthers Pregame, Panthers games, and that other stupid show with John Sally or whatever (excuse the imbarrassment, forgot the name) If you want to put that other crap on, put it on during the mornings when no1 gives a crap. Someguy150
honestly I'd rather tell 'em to go to hell Apartment complex makes me pay for Comcast and I wish I didn't have to.
Hotcorner
FSN gets on my nerves when they do that. Like... they should be showing EVERY game It's not FSN, it's Comcast that doesn't pick up the extra FSN/Sunsports Marlins games. I emailed them a bunch last year, I'll have to do the same again this season.

One thing that IS FSN that really got on my nerves was FSN playing the Marlins on FSN and not airing the Panthers final games (which basically means zfsn shows no faith in the Panthers, considering they made the sched like a year in advance) when FSN CAN show the Fish on Sun Sports and the Panthers on FSN... I personally would have watched both. But instead, theyd rather show FISHING on Sun Sports... ok then.

The problem with that would be that the Marlins would have only been shown to half of their audience. A lot of these guys don't get Sun Sports. And while it wouldn't have affected me and I agree that it sucked that the final Panthers game wasn't shown on TV, the fact is that there is more of a demand for Marlins games than Panthers games. But really, wouldn't they have looked stupid if the Cats were still in the playoff run for those final three games? That's the kind of thing that gets South Florida made fun of as a sports market. Hotcorner
What if? I mean I assume it would cover most of the missing games. Oh I'll probably wind up giving in and signing up for it eventually. I just hate shelling out the $$ for something I'm used to getting for free.

Maybe someone can correct me if I am wrong but I was under the assumption that even if you brought the extra innings package you would be blacked out like mlbtv

I just hate shelling out the $$ for something I'm used to getting for free. This whole thing is BS. I can't get Marlins games in Orlando. f***, I can't even get them on the radio. I bought MLB extra innings just to watch Fish games, guess what? ALL Blacked out. I can't even switch cable companies because of my area. FutureGM
The problem isn't FSN. Comcast does not cover the Marlins games on SUN Sports at all in North Florida.
Goodfella
I live in Gainesville and the last few years we didn't get a lot of the Marlins games (we had to use a friend's slingbox to watch). A bunch of people kept emailing and calling the cable company complaining that we couldn't watch the games. This year, we're getting all the games on SunSports and FSN. I don't know if its a result of the emails and calls, but you should definitely do it...multiple times.
