For some reason, he has a slider, but Treanor never seems to call for it.

You can't have success as a starter, with only 2 pitches (mainly throwing fastballs, as well).

The problem is that he throws the slider of balls, usually a strikeout pitch. When you can't get any strikes with a fastball, they aren't going to chase the slider.

would've been a fielder's choice...ball wasn't hit very hard, and Iwamura can run.
