July 19, 200818 yr well ricky wasnt too bad and of course he kept us in the game but now its safe to conisder jamie moyer an automatic winner against us. amazing how two games ago we were on a 4 game win streak and just .5 out and now were back on a two game losing streak and back to 2.5 out!!!

But MY point is that they are still making the same mistakes as last year. Poor fielding. Poor hitting approaches. Poor with RISP. Overly reliant on the home run. Enormous amount of strikes. Also, the bullpen is performing a lot worse.
July 19, 200818 yr There is no way you can compare to this team to last year this one is obviously doing better. now im not saying improvement doesn't need to be made...the errors kill us it's like they don't even try to grab the ball and the pitching well has actually been decent. hopefully these guys can turn it around these games DO matter
July 19, 200818 yr I was there, great crowd, but the Marlins bats just didn't show up. We rely to much on the big fly, and we need to go back to those old Marlins teams who used small ball to win.

Some f***ing stupid ass Phillies fans around me kept saying "hit it to Uggla" and I said yeah keep hitting it to Uggla so he can get the out, like he has 3 times already when the ball came his way. Idiots. I have to say though I didn't have a good feeling about this game going into it because of our record against grandpa, and because Ricky has been SO spot on recently, he was bound to have an iffy game. We'll get the next 2 though!

Also, was be batting .214/.353/.286 in July BEFORE the ASB knowing that he was going to do bad in the ASG? That explains it. He's just in a slump, one that happened to pass through the ASB.
