September 9, 200817 yr Here's how I look at it. I'm expecting Maybin's rookie year to not be as good as Hanley's was in 2006. That way, if he does put up equally good numbers then it will be that much more exciting. I wouldn't count on it though.

September 9, 200817 yr This is the way i see it. Maybin wil start off fast and hot by hitting .330 5 HRs and 15 RBIs in april. Then he'll go cold for a couple of months like hanley did. Then as soon as the calendar turns august 1, Maybin will hat up again, and put up BETTER numbers than hanley. Then in his 3 year, we'll sign him to a big contract.

Then as soon as the calendar turns august 1, Maybin will hat up again, and put up BETTER numbers than hanley. Then in his 3 year, we'll sign him to a big contract. The way I see it, he'll start off fast, batting .250 with a few XBH, before cooling off and settling in around .200.
