I agree. In one of the earlier renderings the stadium with people inside it looked very blue and silver-y. I think they may lean that way, but we'll see.

What about orange, no one else has that, and it's kinda Miami sports relevant considering the Dolphins and Canes wear that. But idk how that would work because everyone seems to be traumatized by the orange in Dolphin Stadium.

Either all teal, or black and teal.

Not the way the team wears, but plenty of teal and black different design Marlins hats.

Talk about crunk. That's closer than the first coming of the L.A. Coliseum, which was 253 ft. in LF. Because of renovations since 1958, in 2008 it was only like 183 ft. when they did the exhibition game. Sure made things easy for Manny.

 

And the new Marlins Ballpark will have one of the deeper overall outfields at sea level in the entire sports. I think they ought to revisit that. It's proven quite the blunder at Citi Field.

I like the teal seats but i still think the blue is better. if we had one of those fanbase where its close to selling out every nite then yeah go with the teal seats , but think of it this way, what about those nite's when we have like 17k in the crowd and theres like 20k empty seats , 20k teal seats would stand out alot more then some dark blue seats , the dark blue would be less annoying. plus i like that royal blue it looks good.but i would not be upset if they went with the teal seats

I think a lot of us are checking in on the webcam every day, even this early, and have the same questions. If anyone from the Marlins reads this, I'd love it if once a week or so someone just typed a sentence or two on the webcam page explaining what they are working on in the coming days. I can tell they're working, but have no idea what they're actually doing.

The amount of seats in LF is interesting.. does the LF pillar part... does that roll out too so theres nothing there? If so thats pretty cool. And does it roll out to LF or where does it go? Is the last picture LF? I like how RF is right on top of the field. Probably not a bad seat in the house.. a lot like milwaukees

Back to the seat colors -

 

I hope they go with a multi-color scheme including teal/black/other - the multi-color has the effect of disguising empty seats. They used this effectively in the Superdome, even before Katrina.

 

We will not sell out every game forever......... no one does.

Gray and blue would look nice, specially on uniforms(I like KC style).
