there was a couple weeks recently when bonifacio was hot. bonifacio is hitting over .300 against lefties his specialty. hermida is hitting .281 against righties, his specialties

Just curious:

Is anyone else doing or have done the P90X fitness workouts?

The Nationals (or Natinals, take your pick) have pretty much been the only team that has given Josh Johnson a tough time, this year.

 

He's got 3 non-quality starts all year...2 of them coming in his only 2 starts against the Natinals. The other was a 4 inning, 2 ER performance in Milwaukee, but he dominated Milwaukee here in South Florida.

 

Don't forget that he went 6.2 scoreless for the first game of the season.
