November 15, 200322 yr it'll definitely be full but I don't know about 67k lol thatd be awesome though. I think a lot of it could depend on what moves we make this offseason too :mischief2
November 15, 200322 yr Yea, It depends on the Moves Made. More like 30k-60k... Depends on what moves are made.
November 15, 200322 yr yeah, like keeping pudge and lowell would definitely help. Or picking up a big player like Vlad or something :whistle
November 15, 200322 yr Well that's a bold prediction So was predicting the Marlins would win the World Series in early March :mischief2
November 15, 200322 yr I'm pretty sure it'll be pretty full. I hope it is. We, as fans, have to set the tone and get the Fish pumped up for the season.
November 15, 200322 yr remember, opening day is weekday afternoon.... that being said, it might all depend on how they honor the champs (ie rings, etc)
November 15, 200322 yr remember, opening day is weekday afternoon.... that being said, it might all depend on how they honor the champs (ie rings, etc) weekday afternoon???? I'm probably gonna be in school!! Hopefully, it's spring break...
November 15, 200322 yr don't be so sure. The Angels opening day attendance was actually lower in 2003 than in 2002. Every other game was higher though.
November 15, 200322 yr don't be so sure. The Angels opening day attendance was actually lower in 2002 than in 2003. Every other game was higher though. don't be so sure of what? the angels won the WS at the END of 2002, not the year before. according to you, their opening day attendance in 2003 was higher, just as expected since they just won the WS months earlier. so what's your point? sounds to me like the marlins' opening day attendance in 2004 will be higher.
November 15, 200322 yr i meant The Angels opening day attendance was actually lower in 2003 than in 2002
November 15, 200322 yr It all depends on what we do in the offseason and who's back. I would say at least 40,000 no matter what, and 50,000 to 60,000 with most of the team back. And, I'm so there! Have to see that flag going up the pole!
November 15, 200322 yr we had nearly 40,000 on opening day this season, despite the fact that we finished below 0.500 last season. we just won the world series. there is no question we'll sell 65,000 tickets for opening day. i don't care if it's on a weekday afternoon.
November 15, 200322 yr I think the fans will show up big time. The ones who wish they had gone to the series.
November 15, 200322 yr the marlins may choose to only sell 42,000 tickets or all 65,000 if demand needs to be matched.
November 15, 200322 yr i wanna ask somethin a tad off topic which is are the opening day tix on sale now by any chance? or is it only season tix on sale now?
