canada-marlin24
And I like it "I'm tired of talking and making excuses or talking about the manager,'' Chris Coghlan said. "You can either accept it or you can grumble. I'm not going to let it bring me down and don't think our team is. "We have to suck it up and go to Puerto Rico and play well and … not focus on chaos or who's our manager.'' Also helms called this the low point in the season. "We've made a lot of changes and had our ups and downs but this is probably one of the lowest points of the season,'' Marlins veteran Wes Helms said. "We're not playing good ball with all the changes affecting us. We just got to be strong and figure out a way to do it as a team, and hopefully, do it quick.'' had we won the series it would have been 3 straight series wins. but NO. PLEASE turn this around guys ...my quality of life goes down when we lose.

Fishes on the Pond
Good to hear some players are tired of it. Hope they unite and play like a team
MarlinsFan7
This team is the most disheartening team I've ever seen in professional sports. The Heat that won 15 games had more passion than this team. Where the hell is a situational hitter when you need one for crying out loud?!?!?!
alejandrasnow
I hope Coghlan's fire translates on the field in PR. I also hope it's contagious.

FutureGM
No kidding this is the low point of the season so far. Unfortunately at this rate I'm not convinced it's going to get much better.

poptart
as a baseball fan, not a marlins fan, and assuming by 1/3 through the season you can tell how good/bad a team is, every series we've played recently has had a favorable outcome. except for the rays. i don't know HOW the hell we whooped them. Schnellders
If anyone on the roster isn't pissed at the recent form of the team then something is wrong with their attitude towards winning

canada-marlin24
I hope Coghlan's fire translates on the field in PR. I also hope it's contagious. and Chris C hasn't done enough? he is on fire chris has been great but hes been stuck in the .270-.280 range for a little while. time to see him get to .290 to .300. fishfan46
Chris is hot, which is great, but his play the first two months was pretty bad. His underperforming is one of the reasons that we are where we are. Not the only reason, but one of them.
alejandrasnow
I hope Coghlan's fire translates on the field in PR. I also hope it's contagious. and Chris C hasn't done enough? he is on fire I didn't say Coghlan isn't doing enough. I wrote that, this fire he is exhibiting towards being asked about his manager, I hope he takes it out on the opposing team and that it translates into better play, from him and the rest of the team. It's not as if I'm singling him out as being the sole reason the team isn't performing well. As for him being on fire, he's cooled off a bit since he hit .280 although he is performing way better than the beginning of the season. It did transfer to some spectacular on field play!
