Bye bye Bandwagon

Featured Replies

As Hank Goldberg continues to describe this "fire sale" taking place, expect some Bandwagoners to quit. I think this trade was a necessity and I can guarentee you some people will be very upset!

Oh well!

Hank actually believes his audience of 20 people to believe he is right and this is the start of the conspiracy of Loria and Co. to sell off the team and fold it with the Expos? Didn't he learn anything from this season?

What a schmuck.

::waves::: bye bye bandwagons ::waves::

and you know what makes me LIVID beyond what words can describe?

...The Fact that when the Marlins have a great season next year ( im not implying they we'll go back to the series but...) they'll gladly jump back on the bandwagon and say they've been here the whole time.

WQAM mado " Destroy a World Champion and praise a underachieving, overrated, can do no wrong, greatest thing since slice bread organization like the Dolphins"

The main thing I have against the bandwagon, is they take credit for being such loyal fans even though they constantly embarass my "real fans" friends and I. Miami has a reputation as a city that cannot support a baseball team ( its true) but they act like they've been here the whole time.

that's odd, since Derek Lee has been the "unclutch" whipping boy of the entire town for years now. you'd think the fans would be starting another ticker tape parade...

Marlins2003, no i didn't hear any "firesale" talk, a few idiot callers did plenty of that.

fat Hank even admitted he didn't know much about Choi, yet still started with the talk of "who's going to be next..."

at least educate yourself a little on baseball before you open your mouth you giant tub of poo.

You want to know how stupid he is last year he thought Pierre(after being traded to Fla.) was a french guy. :lol

For some reason Fat Hank has been in love with Floyd, Wilson, Lee, and Johnson.

He has been death wrong in the past. . .

Bye bye bandwagons!! Don't trip at the door! ;) More room for me at the stadium. :p

To those who say this is a "firesale"

GET THE F*CK OFF THE BANDWAGON AND DON'T COME BACK.

Great trade BTW... another A+ for Beinfest...

;) ;) Hell Yeah! It got a bit crowed and uncomftroble late in the season.

And Lee wasn't the "whipping boy of the entire town"! Just this board! I bet half the city thought Derrek Lee was a blue jeans company.

I would never leave my Fish, I don't care if they traded Miguel (God Forbid). lol

I gotta admit that I was really upset at the DLee trade at first but seeing that this frees up money, gives us a left bat, and a young rising superstar (hopefully)....I'm happy :thumbup

Seems there is no one here disappointed with this trade - at least in this post. Everyone here is waving bye to bandwagoners - I hope they dont leave because we need them. This is a very good trade for us though...but I have yet to scope the landscape...

I root for the name on the front, not the back.

Sad to see anyone who wears #25 go, but oh well. He wasn't as true to it as his predecessors.

Hee Seop Choi will be the man. Just you watch. Hitting a couple slots behind Vlad is going to be so good for him.

Sidenote: Woohoo! I can have my leg room back!

We do? Now that it seems that we will have one more 65,000 game (opening night) it appears we will get a stadium. So why do we need the bandwagon? All the money ends up at H. Wayne anyways.

The Bandwagon is lame! They can go suck Dan Marino's dick!

Woohoo! I can have my leg room back!

During the season (note to bandwagoners: the Marlins played 81 home games this year) I had all the leg room I needed, but come playoff time, my row was so filled with bandwagoners I couldn't stand up and scream my a** off. Honestly, come May and June, even if we are in the playoff race, these a**holes won't show up and I get my legroom back, and less lines, and better traffic and parking.

See? Beinfest knows what he's doing.

exactly. i kno what im doing :dont
