November 12, 201114 yr hey, guys. we're Miami Marlins fans now. anyone not used to the name change yet / other thoughts?
November 12, 201114 yr It's still a bit odd, but I'll get used to it. Seeing this team as the Florida Marlins for 18 years will do that. I'm glad the uniforms look good, although the all-orange cap is a bit garish.

November 12, 201114 yr Seeing as I've only been a fan since 2003, and really started getting into the team in 2008 i dont think i'll have a problem. I actually like that I get to start from the beginning with this rebranding.. makes it more 'mine'

November 12, 201114 yr Been waiting for this change for years. I always thought they should have been Miami. Only reason they weren't was because of Huizenga's hate for Miami. He was a Broward only guy, and while he owned the Marlins & Dolphins as little as possible was done in Dade by either team. Well f*** you Wayne, they are both MIAMI now !

November 12, 201114 yr I am a Marlins fan. Even when the team was the Florida Marlins I rarely said... I am a Florida Marlins fan. I just stuck to Marlins.
