I'm fine with JJ staying, love the guy. Just no idea what to do about 3B... there's always the possibility of off-season trades.

 

And if Soto can get traded, Carloss Lee and Zambrano can get traded. We'll get fringe prospects but our farm is so weak, I think anything at this point helps. Something for nothing.

If JJ stays, next season will be more of the same. Unless we win a trade with Texas around Olt forget at a run in 2013.

We don't need Profar. We have enough efficient man power to handle 2B for playoff contention. Third base, CF, and SP are different stories. JJ for Olt, Perez, and Martin: That sounds like a fair deal to me.
