Dr Beinfest
Hello fellows and fellowinas, Dr Beinfest is like Google and likes to gather information about you. So as some of you know, I'm a student at UCF. I'm working on my degrees and whatnot and school pretty much runs my life. Unfortunately, this topic is not only about me like it should be. Anyways. Where did you/do you go to school? High school? College? Graduate school? Doc? Tell us! What degrees do you have? College experiences? What about specific classes? Stories? Grades? Applying? Use this topic for all education/school chatter. Start talking.

Schnellders
Sweet, I'd love to understand what that translates over to in Amurican god dangit. Not really sure to be honest. My university degree (1st class honours) is basically the best grade you can get for an undergrad course. My current studying while at KPMG is done through ICAS (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland). If I become qualified it should open up a lot of avenues as it holds a decent weighting in global business so maybe I'll be working Stateside in a few years... Dr Beinfest
Hah, that's okay. I'm crossing my fingers I get an internship at Lockheed Martin (had the interview, announcement should be after the long weekend), and I interviewed for what is considered a super boring position (Supplier Quality Engineering). Resume building. Foot in the door. Always a good thing!
MiRi
Barbara Goleman Sr. High - Class of 2000 - Home of the Gators MDC - Associates in English Education FIU - Home of the Panthers - Bachelor's in Elementary Education w/ ESOL Nothing interesting as far as stories. Except that I hated group projects in college because I always like doing things on my own like that. I am not the trusting kind when it comes to my grades. I almost got screwed over once when my group was a bunch of slackers. The day of the presentation, they made us look completely lost while I did everything I could for my part. One chic literally made up her own math problem and couldn't even figure it out while presenting. Facepalm. I complained and the prof gave me a shot to do it over again individually. Got my A. Best group project though was for my art class at FIU where we made puppets for a puppet show. My puppet was Nemo. They are all hugging in this pic. lol

Dr Beinfest
Yeah, pays freaking awesome as an intern and then when I'm done apparently they're usually willing to give you a job right out of college if you interned with them so job security. And of course... having one of the world's largest aerospace and defense companies as an aerospace engineer can't hurt! Hoping it goes well!!
