Ed Lucas is hitting clean up.

Uhh...

He's not really hitting any worse than Morrison lately. Apart from the righty-lefty matchup, there aren't many more options.

As has almost everyone so far.

Since hes been promoted.

6 at bats is the tell-all!

Yelich is our offensive spark cause he got three hits yesterday!

Moo!

Even if you aren't expecting much (which I'm not)...6AB is waaaay to early to judge a player.

For all we know yelich won't get another hit and marisnick will light it up

Haven't judged his future at all.

He's looked bad in all 6 ab.

That's still not true.

Yesterday, he popped up once, yeah, but he hit a sharp liner to second and two decent-hit grounders to short, as well. 0-6 does not automatically mean he's looked bad. Has he had some bad swings? Yes. But the overall at bat is what we look at here.

so I understand that turner has too many flyballs, and eventually his HR/FB rate will, or should go back to a "normal" range. But will it go all the way to 10% or will he be able to stick around 6% making him an extremely effective long term pitcher?

well this offense is still irritating to watch.

Turner's in a nice little groove this season though, at least there's good signs with the pitching.

Offense won't pick up until our number 3 hitter can show that he can hit at a remotely consistent rate.
