Dunn 5.2 ip at 7.94 era. Ramos 5.2 ip 0.00 era. Is there anything I'm missing?

 

To be fair, while I like Ramos, he walks a ton of guys. All of these middle relievers stink. Ramos should definitely be the 8th inning guy though because he's the best of the stinky bunch.

We are fourth in runs scored in the league we should be able to say with a level of certainty that we will compete this year. But our bullpen, the one thing we expected would be at least okay has failed us. and our pitching has failed us. another thing we expected would be a bonus. What the heck happened? We have the biggest ballpark in the league we should be able to reduce homeruns if nothing else. I think I hate this more than I hate being just plain bad. If we were just bad I could watch and enjoy just watching kids play improve. Like the astros, they suck, but I enjoy watching them. We on the other hand have the game in hand or nearly in hand then out of nowhere our bullpen loses it. We come just close enough to lose. Argh! we should be competing right now.

This is too much. Just horrible. Right after they left that run at third I know we were all thinking please don't let that bite us in the ass. The next inning we have an error leading to a 3-run home run from a guy who has all 3 of his home runs and 9 of his 11 RBI against the marlins. Then Redmond brings Dunn in again, over Ramos, for no apparent reason and Dunn does what he's been doing best this year.... Give up a home run..... To a one Zach Walters.
