Jones isn't hitting righties either. His post all start splits which is 95% against rhp are .206/.281/.325. With his defense, he is beyond useless at this point and Bour should really start every day from here on out to see what we got.

 

 

I'd like to once again reiterate how much it sucks that casey mcgehee and garret jones will be corner starters next year. We ain't going anywhere with those suckbags manning them.

I hate to be a solano defender here but he is in fact OPSing at .714 since the all star break and actually play really good def at 2b (unlike some others.) Jones has been utterly atrocious and below replacement level for like 60 games now. He needs to be out of the lineup.

yeah this is sort of depressing. When it was LoMo at 1b (disappointing as he was), there was at least the hope he'd finally get on a roll and reach that next level. McGehee & Jones are just clogging up the lineup at this point.

I'm hoping Viosergy Rosa can do something to give us some hope for the future at first base, OR that Bour can get something going, at the very least.

 

Austin Barnes does give me some hope for second base.
