dim
Haven't followed this discussion but the Paulino/Baker platoon was awesome. Combined two mediocre players and turned them into one awesome catching tandem. Wish more teams would do stuff like we did with Paulino/Baker. F Paulino for that 50 game suspension he got. SilverBullet
Oh man I'm glad I'm not the only one who was loving the Paulino Baker duo probably more than I should have. And yes the Paulino suspension really pissed me off too.
Wild Card
That platoon was what we need to do more of. Why is it the A's get it and we don't?
Hotcorner
I liked Baker too. He's never really been able to hit again like 2009 though. I know he had an injury after that season, maybe part of the reason.

SongInTheAir
Most catchers suck. Proven by our manager, unless Tom Glavine was on the mound. IF GLAVINE EVER GETS A MANAGING JOB, WILL REDMOND LOOK LIKE A GOOD MANAGER AGAINST HIM?

IF GLAVINE EVER GETS A MANAGING JOB, WILL REDMOND LOOK LIKE A GOOD MANAGER AGAINST HIM? Huh? Redmond's career as a major leaguer was as long as it was because he could hit. He couldn't hit particularly hard, but he was nearly a career .300 hitter.
