Yea Ramos messed up. But the real fuck up was mattingly putting tazawa in the 8th. Tazawa hasn't looked good in any outing so far. That was idiotic. I want to further this by saying that when your starter throws 71 pitches through 6 he needs to come out for the 7th. Just bc we're supposed to have a super bullpen doesn't mean we need to only let pitchers go 5 or 6 every game regardless of score or pitch count.

I agree with this 100%.

I think Hech catches the line drive that pushed in the winning run.  Therein lies the value of defense. Oh, and the Japanese pitcher sucks. He should be pitching mop up games until he shows he can perform.

wut? the only way hech makes that catch is if the was positioned more up the middle which is a perry hill thing. Riddle is 4 inches taller than Hech as well. And even if he did make it (again it'd be by positioning) it wouldn't make up his absolute bottom tier offense

@Michael, please don't ban him. He didn't mean it.

He's a tyrant, so if he bans you I tried to save you.

You're a class act Admin.

Seems like a bit of hate for Realmuto for not blocking the ball well enough. On the flip side, remember he did throw out 2 runners so bit harsh to blame him for this one.

Does seem a little strong when he was player of the week last week.  Maybe Stanton needs to pass King Tut outfit to him.
