March 20, 20188 yr In this case, I'm sure that sending Sandy down is legit. Sending down Brinson would be about as stupid as the Braves sending down Acuna. I hope that gets fixed in the next CBA. Its fucking stupid. neither are stupid. Both are smart business. IT should be fixed in the next CBA, but the only one to blame if the marlins do decide to send down brinson would be the MLBPA.
