When he clears waivers, he'll be able to be had for the pro-rated minimum salary so it isn't that stupid of an idea for a team to pick him up once he is released. I for one hope the Marlins do it.

I for one hope the Marlins do it. My question is about his attitude. They're trying to create a positive team culture that expects winning and Hanley has been labeled an arrogant prima donna. Would he really have the right attitude for a rebuilding team that could lose 100 games in front of very few fans?
