They gain an organization piece if he spends the rest of the year on active roster and season is more than half over. Can always put him in AAA next season if needed. Depth is good and he's young enough to have potential.

July 10, 20188 yr What metric makes you say that? His xwoba with his change up is .100 points lower. the difference between having a woba against his change upp of .337 and .224. It's a relatively large gap. his other 2 pitches suck though, so not super unlucky, but a little for sure.
