Yeah it definitely can't be a widespread issue. I think it is normal to have a margin of error in production, I doubt any product has ever had a perfect record.

Hat came today.  Ridiculously small.  Never had a fitted hat so ill fitting in my life.  Made in China.  Every other on field NE hat is made in USA.  What the hell.  Bad first impressions

Problem with fitted hats is they apparently vary from hat to hat, almost has to be an item you try on in person due to that. That really sucks man.

You’re right.  Normally I’d order several in two sizes and return them through fanatics (ordering with free shipping). But with the new stuff I didn’t feel like waiting and just rolled the dice on the MLB shop when it first came out 

 

 

My cap came slightly large. It's not unwearable but it's not a great fit, I definitely wouldn't have chosen that one had I bought it in the store. The crown also seems bigger than usual.

I live in the heart of South Florida and I’ve yet to see another person wearing ANY of the new merchandise.  I’ve been wearing my new hat almost every day at least for a little bit.
