I'd expect a 12/13 yr 350-400 mil deal for Bryce Harper at any time. Some caveats There will probably be at least 1-2 opt outs. The salary for this year will probably not be insane. There will be some bigly incentives to take it from 350-400 total value. Age 29-33 years will probably have an INSANE AAV. Bryce also wants to essentially go home. Kris Bryant (if healthy) will join him in a couple of years. Quote this and print it up in winter 2020. And then the long rumored tandem finally happens.

Don't believe what you hear... The main goal was 2018. Bryce Harper wanting to play for your organization kinda mitigates that 'plan', which is in place for non mega star players anyway.

I think they're moving Pederson, though, which would be more of a move to get Verdugo up. Pollock is a great sign for Dodgers, again assuming he stays healthy, but they get him at a relatively low risk. May sound crazy but he does have some MVP potential when he's healthy.

January 26, 20197 yr I cannot see them moving a Bellinger. On top of that, they could move Muncy and stick Bellinger at first. Dodgers have zero reason to get rid of him. If Bellinger threw right handed, I bet they'd have him playing at second, third, and short as well.

Which I think overall is a dumb gimmickey concept but a different story.
