February 25, 20206 yr In MVP Baseball 05 there was a feature that was meant to mimmick being able to see the pitcher's grip on the ball and thus you would know what pitch was being thrown with a specific flash of color in a split second as the ball was being released. I remember using this so much and thinking it was cool at the time but thinking back it really was basically a video game version of what the Astros were doing and definitely made things easier.
February 25, 20206 yr Best baseball game ever made. Says nostalgia. I'm not so sure it hasn't been surpassed. And this is coming from someone who loved it as much as anyone. Just saying sometimes nostalgia makes everything seem better.

I remember this too. You had to get pretty good at that, though. And had the option to turn it off.
March 5, 20206 yr You can now rebuild in March To October, which goes against the term March To October but it's now possible because you can put players on the trade block and request solely prospects in return.

I mean. Technically the season goes from March through October, so yeah, you could trade guys within that time period

March 8, 20206 yr That sounds super easy, thanks I did it with MLB 16. Should probably do it with 20 cause I usually very much dislike the soundtracks they get. Sports game soundtracks haven't been good in about 10-12 years.
