“Hess is out of minor league options though potentially controllable all the way through the 2025 season”

Why not starting Neidert, it's his turn, this team just wants to lose. 

I can't believe we haven't had anywhere near a normal starting rotation at all this year. It's been an absolute shit show all year. Like is it just me or is that pretty uncommon?

It’s what happens when you can’t stay healthy so it no, it’s pretty common.

That and they are trying to duplicate what the A’s do but it failed miserably.   It can work and I think it could have this year, but not under Don.

I think this is more than a health issue. This situation is not common. Its stubbornness. 

We didn’t adjust well this series. I always feel weird about west coast games if we don’t have a day off in between. Your bodies are so used to being on the east coast that sometimes a little time change just throws the entire team off.

Btw I love how our internal Bullpen prospects are outperforming the arms we brought in. Guenther looks like a good bullpen arm, Campbell looks better in a bullpen role, Bender has been phenomenal, Holloway has been awesome out of the pen, and we still haven’t added Guzman yet. The only thing I would do bullpen wise is add a closer. 

Just have no idea why not just keeping Neidert and Garrett in the active 26 man roster and in the rotation, it's apparently this team won't promote any top SP prospect to start games and the rehabbed SPs were not yet ready to come back, so what's the reason to option them back to 3A after every start seems like you don't need them to start anymore ? it's really ridiculous. 

This team seems just reluctant to start Garrett and Neidert regularly even when we have only three SPs in the active roster, afraid to hurt their trade value is the only reasonable reason in my mind.
