Maybe it's just offseason optimism but I do think they'll try a different approach this offseason. We shall see.

I hope so.  But she hasn't given us reason to give her benefit of the doubt either.....her making the same personnel/injury mistakes in year 2 was concerning.

As I've said plenty I can't blame anyone for not giving her the benefit of the doubt at this point. But I'm thinking her failing twice while going into her contract year is gonna force her to try something new.

Well she did say they'll have the trainers available to help with conditioning since we were the only team where players forgot all about that. That's a new approach I guess.
