Actually Edwards deserves a call up. He's still at .347 BA and .857 OPS. Dude has 99 hits in just 285 At Bats. I know it's just AAA but I mean he did have 8 hits in 21 ABs earlier this year for the Marlins in a small sample size at the MLB level.

I would like to see a certain musically named player go to play at the 6th position of the INF and let Edwards go at CF!

I think it's more about upgrading. If they couldn't acquire someone better they'd keep trying with Jean but when you have the chance to get better with Burger you go for it. Can't waste the opportunity.
