Just another sign that the culture in the dugout SUCKS and when you let someone like Jazz play that laid back swagger diva role, you can’t enforce against it from others and you get shit like that. I’ve coached travel ball for years and I can tell you that kind of shit for sure starts in the dugout. Even kids can understand the concept “I don’t need you to be perfect, but no one can out-hustle you” so either that instruction is not being put into their heads or these guys are the wrong fit for what they’re trying to do. Either way something has to give.
