I don't see this is as anything more than an extension of Bendix continuing to bring in his own selections for every position in the organization. But the immediate social media reaction is, of course, that Bendix is an evil person firing the greatest baseball staff ever assembled out of rage and anger. Sucks to see people lose their jobs but they hopefully will land on their feet somewhere else. Likely in a better situation anyway elsewhere considering this franchise.
